About This Lodge
Horwood Lake Lodge is a Northern Ontario Fishing Lodge that offers both American Plan and Housekeeping Plan accommodations on beautiful Horwood Lake in Northeastern Ontario. Horwood is a spectacular 14,000-acre body of water, often described as the prettiest lake in Northern Ontario. The lake is both spring and river-fed and you will be overwhelmed by its picturesque shores with steep granite cliffs, its gently sloping wooded shorelines and its magnificent sandy beaches.

The optimal deposit methods are by credit card over the phone or via email transfer to info@horwoodlakelodge.com Note: Changes to any reservation’s number of people reserved, packages booked, guide services, or boat rentals, require a MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS NOTICE or the reservation holder will be billed for the total original amount on arrival. We offer 8 waterfront cabins overlooking beautiful Horwood Lake with wrap-around decks and large patio doors.

Accommodations
We offer 8 waterfront cabins overlooking beautiful Horwood Lake with wrap-around decks and large patio doors.The cabins range in size from 1 room with 2 single beds to larger cabins accommodating 10 beds. Each offers fully equipped kitchens with a stove & refrigerator, 3 piece bathroom – including your own private shower & flush toilet, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, glasses, dish soap, towels & face cloths. Bedding with sheets, pillows & blankets are all provided.We are 100% off the grid and produce energy via solar power.
For this reason, we ask guests not to bring electric appliances.
Boats
Horwood Lake Lodge provides you with a fleet of 16′ MirroCraft, open flat floored boats that come with high-backed swivel seats, depth finders, and aerated live wells and are powered by Yamaha 4-Stroke, 20hp engines. These boats are included as our deluxe boats at no extra cost, while you enjoy your stay with us here at Horwood Lake Lodge.
