Platte Creek Lodge, located near Platte, South Dakota, is a premier destination for fishing and hunting enthusiasts. Just 12 miles from the Missouri River, the lodge offers access to world-class walleye and smallmouth bass fishing in Lake Francis Case. Owned and operated by Tom and Nova Steinhauser since 2013, the lodge provides both guided and self-guided fishing experiences, pheasant and turkey hunting, and warm, family-style hospitality.
With a scenic location, expert guides, and a welcoming atmosphere, Platte Creek Lodge is perfect for groups, families, and solo adventurers alike. You bring your own boat for fishing but would like more than a room. This package allows you to use our fully equipped kitchen and outside grill, and have plenty of ice for your coolers.

The lodge features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with 15 beds in total, ideal for both small and large groups. Rooms can be rented individually by the night or as part of a package. Boats
Fishing at Platte Creek Lodge is done from comfortable 20-foot boats, capable of seating four people. These boats are used for both guided and self-guided trips. They are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary gear, including rods, reels, bait, and safety items.
The boats provide smooth and dry rides on the Missouri River and are suitable for both experienced anglers and beginners.
