About This Lodge
Our west coast fishing retreats in Nootka Sound are minutes away from the world renowned salmon fishing the area is famous for. Both chinook salmon and coho salmon are common catches throughout the summer months but if you’re lucky, you might snag one of the many “tyee” (chinook) over 30lbs that are caught each year! Our lodges are located on the West Coast of Vancouver Island in the prime fishing grounds of Nootka Sound.
Our resort homes are situated on 17 acres of spectacular waterfront property just minutes from Friendly Cove and the prime fishing grounds of Nootka Sound. If you prefer what open-water fishing has to offer, pristine Pacific fishing is at our “dock-step”, as well. Our unique accommodations are set up for you to bring your own boat (BYOB), provisions, and gear allowing you the enjoyment of creating your own schedule.
Now into the fourth generation of our family, we have been enjoying the beauty Nootka Sound has to offer. All of our locations were built by our family members, who fortunately saw the beauty of the sound and wanted to share the experience with others and wanted to do so in comfort. We continue to invest in our lodge offerings in order for our guests to enjoy it as much as we do.
These cabins are truly our “home away from home”, and we continue to cherish, enjoy, and improve on them in order for your trip to be as comfortable as possible.
