About This Lodge
Slam Bang salmon fishing lodge is located on the northwest coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia in in the remote and beautiful Kyuoquot Sound. Our fishing lodge is known for some of best salmon and halibut fishing in BC because of this unique location. Kyuoquot Sound is situated perfectly along the migration path of the Chinook Salmon (Kings) and Coho Salmon (Silvers) heading south.
Our comfortable, floating fishing lodge is tucked into a protected inlet in Duchies’ Cove, only 5 minutes to the open ocean off the West Coast of Vancouver Island. This means less travel time and more time spent fishing. This remote resort is run by husband and wife who have owned the lodge for several years and aim to provide a memorable experience for all.
You will have access to the best fishing on Vancouver Island and also experience a unique and intimate getaway—8 guests maximum! Perfect to bring your family or a small retreat. This means optimal time spent with our professional fishing guides- we provide everything you need for fishing and you plan your day the way you want.
